This annual event is organized by South Canterbury Adventure Racing Club. /SCARC/. It all started seven years ago with 6hr races located around Timaru. Then the location became more scenic and the length of races grew to 12hrs.

These races are very social and great value for your hard earned $. In the past everyone has enjoyed friendly atmosphere before and after the race, that's why we encourage people to stay for the whole weekend.

This event is designed for competitive teams as well as for social ones. It is a 12hr race but due to rogaining nature you can make it as long or as short as you want. Get off your couch and start training - there will be plenty of hills to conquer.
